Originally constructed three miles from Stephenville in Corinth, this fine log cabin is now on display at the Stephenville Museum in Stephenville, Texas.

From the information sign on site and the web page linked below:

John Wesley Carmack and his wife, Susan, erected this log cabin in the Corinth Community three miles from Stephenville. A family of ten occupied the residence. G. K. Lewallen donated the cabin to the museum, and three children of the Rev. C.F. Carmack financed the restoration.

Corinth Community has long vanished, so the original location of the house is unknown.
