This Little Free Library stands in the shade of an oak tree at the far northern end of the parking lot of the Boots Gaubatz Park where the pathway into park spits to go to the walking path or to the children's playground equipment. This little library box is a dark green color so it blends into the tree's shadows. At the time of posting this waymark, the top shelf was for novels and advanced readers, while the lower shelf was mostly children's readers and other easy to read books.
This community has branded this Little Free Library with both plaques from the LittleFreeLibrary.org and with their own recognition plaques, placed on both front and back of this book unit. On the front door the small LittleFreeLibrary.org metal band showing the registration number 62628 is above the door to the unit. Below the box, fastened onto the post supporting the library is a community commemoration plaque that names those who contributed to the initial placement of this community book exchange. On the back of the book unit is a commercially produced plaque that promotes Take a Book, Return a Book. Below the back of the box, on the post, is a small marker giving information on who to contact if the library needs attention.
