"Of medieval origins, these gardens are today one of the corners that still retain the charm of the late nineteenth and early twentieth centuries, with magnificent samples of modernist architecture. Crossed by Calle del Progreso, its upper area is called Xardíns do Bispo Cesáreo, and is centered by a beautiful baroque fountain that came from the Mosteiro de Oseira."
