C'est en 1993 que l'entreprise familiale voit le jour à Sanary-sur-Mer dans le Var.Créée par une famille d'artisans et commerçants de père en fils, attachée au patrimoine gastronomique de la région provençale, l'objectif était de proposer biscuits artisanaux et confiseries traditionnelles lors des plus importantes manifestations commerciales de France.

C'est en 2000 que le premier magasin a ouvert au cœur de Sanary-sur-Mer, auquel viendront s'ajouter durant les années suivantes ceux de Toulouse, Chartres, Perpignan, L'Isle-sur-la-Sorgue, Pézenas, Le Castellet, Vaison-la-Romaine, Hyères-les-palmiers, Albi , Nîmes, Belfort, Toulon, Marseille, La Rochelle, Aix-en-Provence. Un concept était né, une franchise désormais lancée.

Si le Biscuit traditionnel reste aujourd'hui le produit phare de l'enseigne, Péchés Gourmands propose également tout un univers réunissant Confiseries (Calissons, Nougats, Caramels, Berlingots) et Chocolats Fins (Olives enrobées, Bouchées...) mais aussi, Confitures, Miels, Sirops...
