Maison du Nougat, petite entreprise familiale, a été créée en 2012 à Paris puis s’est ouverte en 2015 afin de vous proposer des produits locaux et artisanaux à Aix en Provence.

Le Nougat de Montélimar, représenté en boutique par un artisan nougatier soigneusement sélectionné, est décliné du plus classique au plus original avec 15 variétés différentes (Nutella, caramel beurre salé, figues – raisins ….) et découpé devant vous par nos vendeuses.

Venez déguster également du miel de lavande, crème de marrons, pain d’épices à Noël produits issus de l’artisanat local.
Bien d’autres produits sont à découvrir et à déguster en boutique.

Le nougat
Le nougat est une confiserie typique des pays du bassin méditerranéen. Il peut être blanc (avec blanc d'œuf monté en neige) ou noir (sans blanc d'œuf). Il contient du miel et/ou du sucre, des fruits à coque et/ou des fruits secs, entiers, cassés ou moulus (amandes, pistaches, noix, etc.) et des parfums. Sa pâte, allant de molle à dure, est généralement posée entre deux feuilles de pain azyme.
