Springvandet af Salamanderdrengen står på torvet i Store Kirkestræde.
Skulpturen af drengen med de to salamandre, en på venstre arm og en på højre lår, er udført i bronze og placeret på en stor sten i et rundt vandbassin.
Salamanderdrengen blev skænket til byen af tobaksfabrikant A. Gundersen og frue i 1938 og er udført af udført af billedhuggeren Svend Rathsack.


The fountain of the Salamander boy stands on the square in Store Kirkestræde.
The sculpture of the boy with the two salamanders, one on his left arm and one on his right thigh, is made of bronze and placed on a large rock in a water basin.
