The most important feature of this building is its front, carved by Juan de Marquina, with a balcony full of Plateresque decoration, surrounded by small columns. The balcony is crowned by a window ledge with the coat of arms of the former owner of the house. The building is organized around a patio with galleries of two orders of capped columns in three of its sides. In its interior, its Mudejar roofs are very important, specially the one in the main room. The whole building was renovated and enlarged according to a project by the architect Giménez Arévalo at the end of the 19th century.
