DESCRIBED BY TN HIGHWAY DEPT 1965 4.1 MI W FROM CLINTON. FROM THE COURT HOUSE IN CLINTON, GO 4.1 MILES WESTERLY ON STATE ROUTE 61 TO THE MARK ON THE LEFT AT A ROADSIDE PARK, 112 FEET SOUTH OF STATE ROUTE 61, 29 FEET SOUTH OF A SMALL GRAVELED ROAD IN THE PARK AND APPROXIMATELY 55 FEET NORTH OF CLINCH RIVER. THE MARK IS A STANDARD TENNESSEE HIGHWAY DEPARTMENT DISK SET IN A DRILLED HOLE IN THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF A 6 FOOT CONCRETE, SQUARE, APPROXIMATELY 5 FEET BELOW THE SURFACE OF STATE ROUTE 61. THE DISK IS STAMPED 61-3 1965.
