A fine ice cream parlor. Inaugurated in May 2019, it's run by two friends, Fernando Castelo Branco and Pedro Baptista, who learnt the art of ice cream making with the Italian master Giacomo Schiavon, who is still consulting for Cosi.
Cosi means "like this" or "like that" in Italian, an interesting choice of name for this ice cream parlor, located in one of the most iconic streets of old Coimbra, in the historical center of the town.
The ice cream served here is of Italian style and the available flavors never cease to surprise.
And there is something more to say: the two masters prepare the ice cream at open sight, so the customers can observe them making their magic while they buy the ice cream.
The parlor has 36 sqm and there are no seats. It's a buy and go place.
