An unusual speed sign, welcoming you to the neighborhood. There appears to be lots of farm animals, hairy kids (dogs, cats, etc.) and a few of the human kids, too. The road is gravel and dirt complete with a few pot holes. Best to not exceed the 22.5 speed limit.
