This bench in honour of Janie and Harry Moore can be found alongside the Michael Community Civic Centre (Ynnyd Theayagh Maayl), originally the St. Michaels Church Room, on Main Road (A3) in the village of Kirk Michael. (visit link)

This light-coloured weathered wooden bench has a horizontally slatted seat and a vertically slatted backrest it also has two armrests.

There is a rectangular plaque attached to the backrest which has the following dedication:
‘In memory of Janie and Harry Moore
formerly of Ballachrink, Kirk Michael.’
This bench in honour of Janie and Harry is so positioned as to provide views of the Main Road (A3) which is part of the Mountain Course which is used for the Isle of Man TT and Manx Grand Prix/Classic TT Motorcycle Races. It also provides a convenient resting place outside the Community Centre.
