In the AP-2, one travel to Andorra, I saw this Meridian of Greenwich here.

There is difference of 0.63 seconds from the zero meridian.


"The construction is about 4 meters wide and these coordinates refer to the center. At that latitude, one arc second of longitude is equivalent to approximately 25 meters, so according to the SIGPAC photos the arc would be displaced about 15 meters west of the real meridian. Actually to appreciate this well you would have to go there with a good GPS receiver and check it."
