This is a 2-story apartment building in the Italianate style built in 1871. The foundation is limestone. Exterior walls are brick; limestone. The building has a flat roof. Windows are original; contemporary wood 1/1; 8/12 double hung; hopper; segmental arch; aluminum storms. Doors are contemporary metal glazed; paneled; recessed entry.
