The Celles-Amstetten Twinning Committee, like every two years, organizes a meeting with its German twin city. The twinning between Celles and Amstetten has officially existed since 1989. There have been many exchanges for 25 years:
sports meetings, in particular between football clubs, hosting choirs, musical groups and German dancers
- travel by the Alouette and the Big Band Cellois, school exchanges at the primary schools of Celles and Amstetten, and of course, friendly exchanges; many Cello families have maintained relations with their German correspondents for years.

Le Comité de Jumelage de Celles-Amstetten, comme tous les deux ans, organise une rencontre avec sa ville jumelée allemande. Le jumelage entre Celles et Amstetten existe officiellement depuis 1989. Il y a eu, depuis 25 ans, de nombreux échanges :
rencontres sportives, en particulier entre les clubs de foot, accueil de chorales, de groupes musicaux et de danseurs allemands
