Also known as Praia do Túnel due to the tunnel used as its main access. It's a town beach, directly accessible from Albufeira. Quiet water, beautiful landscape and all infrastructure necessary. It's one of the several beaches in and around Albufeira and one of the main ones. At its west end there is a natural cave and accordingly to the legend that was the last hideout of the Moorish before being expeled by the Portuguese in the 13th century.
