"Spokes represents a partnership among Art Round Tennessee, the City of Cookeville, and the Tennessee Arts Commission to bring art to public spaces. Envisioned by sculptor and bicycle enthusiast Brad Sells, and realized by skilled local craftsman and artists using bikes donated by the community. Dedicated 2018."
