This building on Morgan Street, built in 1914, is now home to a banquet hall but once held the Eagle Theater, a nickelodeon in what was then the Lithuanian part of the neighborhood. (visit link)

According to Cinema Treasures, "The Eagle Theater opened around 1915 [plaque says 1914], in the Bridgeport neighborhood, located on S. Morgan Street near W. 33rd Place, not far from the south branch of the Chicago River. It could seat just under 300." (visit link)

It closed as a movie theater in 1950.

I was not able to go inside but have read that the banquet hall has preserved some of the theater's architectural features. There is a small plaque on the exterior of the building commemorating its past life.
