Between the real cost of the macrobonsai and the price of the transfer from the Tarragona nursery where it was purchased, in a gondola truck, the tree installed in the roundabout on Avenida de Marcelo Macías has cost the municipal coffers a total of 12,000 euros. Nine thousand correspond to the cost of the macrobonsai itself, while the other three thousand were spent on the transfer and installation, which required a truck and the support of a crane.
The total investment in this first action of the "roundabout plan" promoted by the municipal government has been 15,000 euros, according to information provided on Monday by the local government. The detail of the expense is completed with another three thousand euros paid to the company that carried out the installation, conditioning, decoration and drainage work in the area, including the installation of grass and screening mesh to prevent the growth of grass.
