The Croix lighthouse is located in Concarneau (Finistère) on the Port de la Croix, near the chapel of the same name, not far from Rodel beach, the Youth Hostel (former shelter of the sailors) and the Marinarium.

The lighthouse was built in the 19th century to secure entry into the port of Concarneau at night. Initially, it formed an alignment with the Beuzec lighthouse, now out of service. The current alignment is done with the second fire of Beuzec, installed in the bell tower of the church.
