A Wings of Hope Butterfly is located at the entrance to the OSU Botanical Gardens. The garden entrance is on the north side of Highway 51, west of Western. The butterfly is painted OSU colors: orange and black, with a little white. The top of the round base has about ten small Monarch butterflies painted on. The sides of the base have a garden scene: blue sky, white clouds, and a lot of greens and flowers.
