This walk starts in Hope and will take you through Lose Hill and onto Mam Tor. As this is a circular you'll then be taken back through to Castleton.
It takes roughly 5 hours with a distance of 8 miles. There is nearly 1500 ft of climbing so you will need to be reasonably fit.
