Costilla County Veterans Park is on the south side of Highway 180, east of Fort Garland, Colorado. The park hosts a fine veterans memorial and a static display of a T-33 jet. There is also a pavilion for your picnicking pleasure. There is no play equipment here for the children, but there are some large open areas that would be suitable for walking the dog and field sports.
