A horse (or maybe a mule) it standing between the buggy shafts. The 2 wheeled buggy is reminiscent of the type the Amish still use in Pennsylvania.
On the side of the buggy is says "Muck Rock" with a star in between. Jules Muck often signs her works as "Muck Rock".
There is a man standing near the side of the buggy in a suit and wearing a hat. He is holding bottles in both hands.
