This is a rectangular-shaped slab of marble in a concrete base that is just a bit larger. Close scrutiny indicates that, while the inscription was done by hand, the headstone's creator did an excellent job in keeping the letters straight, and note the final -E of the middle and last name. The inscription is simple:
