"Romanesque church whose construction spanned several centuries: 12th century, construction of the choir and its apse in" cul de four "; 13th century, construction of the nave and part of the aisle as well as probably the presbytery attached to the east facade of the building; 18th century construction of the part housing the bapfismal funds. Outside, on the apse of the choir, one will notice the remains of a historiated cornice. supported by crows. as well as an old door opening onto the choir.
On the east facade, traces of the level of the previous roof as well as of the old presbytery are still visible. The communicating door between it and the nave is still visible. Note the height of this opening which indicates that the current level of the ground, both exterior and interior, is not the original one which should have been much lower.
It was in 1880 that the main nave was raised to receive a new frame. Pieces of tiles trapped in the masonry, still visible on the east facade of the church as well as the elevation of the walls bear witness to the first level of the roof. In the attic, the old framework remains above all at the choir header.
A country bell tower surmounts the facade, Two bells adorn the campanar bays of the wall bell tower. One dates from l776, the other from l830.
Stained glass windows brighten up the embrasures. They date from l878 and l880 and represent different saints. "

" Eglise Romane dont la construction s'est étalée sur plusieurs siècles : XIIe siècle, édification du chœur et de son abside en "cul de four"; XIIIe siècle, construction de la nef et d'une partie du bas-côté ainsi que vraisemblablement du presbytère accolé à la façade Est de l‘édifice; XVIIIe siècle édification de la partie abritant les fonds baptismaux.
A l'extérieur sur l'abside du chœur, on remarquera les vestiges d'une corniche historiée. supportée par des corbeaux. ainsi qu'une ancienne porte ouvrant sur le chœur.
Sur la façade Est, les traces du niveau du toit antérieur ainsi que de l'ancien presbytère sont encore visibles. La porte communicante entre celui-ci et la nef est encore apparente. A noter la hauteur de cette ouverture qui indique que le niveau actuel du sol, tant extérieur qu'intérieur, n‘est pas celui d'origine qui devait être beaucoup plus bas.
C'est en 1880 que la grand-nef sera surélevée pour recevoir une nouvelle charpente. Des morceaux de tuiles prisonniers de la maçonnerie, encore visibles sur la façade Est de l‘église ainsi que l'élévation des murs témoignent du premier niveau du toit. Dans les combles l'ancienne charpente subsiste surtout au chevêtre du chœur.
Un clocher à campenard surmonte la façade, Deux cloches ornent les baies campanaires du clocher mur. L'une date de l776, l'autre de l830.
Des vitraux égaient les embrasures. lls datent de l878 et l880 et représentent différents Saints et Saintes. "
