Obit:
"Mabel I. Galbraith, 100, Washington, passed away Sunday, Sept. 9, 2007, at Grandview Healthcare Center, Washington.

"Mrs. Galbraith was born Aug. 28, 1907, in St. Louis, the daughter of Oscar Winkler and wife Emma, nee Altemeyer.

"She was united in marriage to Robert Farris Galbraith Nov. 14, 1942, in St. Louis.

"Mrs. Galbraith was preceded in death by her parents; her husband; four brothers, Edwin, Charles, Robert and Harry Winkler; and three sisters, Rosabelle Clark, Eunice Grus and Lucille Winters.

"She is survived by one son, Robert Galbraith and wife Linda, Washington; two grandchildren, Katie and Gavin Galbraith, both of Washington; other relatives and many friends.

"Funeral services were held Wednesday, Sept. 12, at New Port Presbyterian Church, Washington. The Rev. John Allgaier officiated." ~ Find-A-Grave
