One-part commercial block with decorative brick parapet wall. The cornice is corbelled
brick with decorative corner blocks. The first floor storefront is framed by cast iron
columns. The recessed entrance is centered and the display windows are wood frame with

"Built originally to house a hardware and tinware shop.
Later used "Ochsner's" clothing store.
"General description: One story rectangle shaped building on a stone
foundation constructed of brick.
"Setting: This store is constructed on the sidewalk on the façade and
is joined to its neighboring building on the north and has a small
