The disk is set in the top of a rock outcrop on the south side of Highway 512, at the intersection of Hwy 512 and Ruby Rd. The disk is stamped "Ministry of Transportation & Communications No 778209 Ontario B.M." A witness post stands adjacent to the benchmark disk.
