The Normandy Region awarded, Monday July 6, 2020, a subsidy of € 648,141 for the renovation of the La Hague rescue station.

A flagship building at Cap de La Hague, the shelter for the Goury sea rescuers station should be modernized in the coming years. The Normandy Region has just voted on Monday July 6, significant aid for this work to the tune of 648,141 €. "This is very good news, which will make it possible to have a more functional place for interventions," responded Alexis Le Tullier, president of the SNSM station in Goury. Currently, the room does not have public toilets, nor changing rooms, and a debriefing room would be useful.

La Région Normandie a attribué, lundi 6 juillet 2020, une subvention de 648 141 € pour la rénovation de la station de sauvetage de La Hague.

Bâtiment phare du cap de La Hague, l’abri de la station des sauveteurs en mer de Goury devrait être modernisé dans les prochaines années. La Région Normandie vient de voter, lundi 6 juillet, une aide importante pour ces travaux à hauteur de 648 141 €. « C’est une très bonne nouvelle, qui va permettre d’avoir un lieu plus fonctionnel pour les interventions », a réagi Alexis Le Tullier, président de la station SNSM de Goury. Actuellement, le local ne bénéficie pas de toilettes publiques, ni de vestiaires, et une salle de debriefing serait utile.
