A Geodetic Survey of Canada Marker from 1984 mounted on the wing wall of the Ontario Street overpass in Burk's Falls. We were in the area delivering a parcel to a friend and decided to get a hike in on the Heritage River Walk and look for this disk. They seem to be doing some rehabilitation work to the bridge right now but the description still brings you easily to the monument.

Access

Make your way to the Ontario Street bridge in the village of Burk's Falls. Safe parking can be found on the side of the road just southwest of the bridge and a short walk will get you to the monument.
