While listed as a 1-story on the NRHP form, it appears in the side view that they have filled in behind the false front to make it a 2-story building.

NRHP Nomination Form

"115 Main; ca. 1905. Contributing. The one-story structure is capped by a corbelled brick cornice. Two cast iron columns are attached to the front facade. The bank's old vaults can still be seen toward the rear of the building.

The First National Bank, located at 115 Main (#13) received the first state charter in 1904. The bank, however, closed it's doors after only a few years."

No mention found regarding portrait on the building. Also there is no business signs, so it is probably vacant.
