NRHP Nomination Form

"On the decorative metal parapet resting atop the third story, an inscription reveals the building's name and completion date (1907). Used as a furniture and hardware store, the structure once housed the Texas Theater. The brick structure is one of the district's finest examples of early 20th century commercial architecture."
