These reliefs sculptures are located on the front and back of the Westmount cenotaph. They were created by sculptor George William Hill in 1922.

These reliefs were created by George William Hill, one of Canada's foremost sculptor during the first half of the 20th century. Located on the Westmount cenotaph, they were unveiled to the public on November 14, 1922. Both represent women, one who went to war as a nurse and the other who stayed home and cared for her children while her husband was away.
