Built in 1923, the small, two-story building that housed city hall, the fire station, and the police department for about 50 years was once located near this site. The red-brick building had fire truck bays flanking the entrance and offices upstairs. Today, the Plano Municipal Center stands in its place with city services located throughout the city.
