Henteleff Park is an area of land along the Red River that was home to a market garden before being taken over by the city for the establishment of a park. A small network of trails traverses the park. This sign describes the tall grass prairie habitat, at the location of a small area of restored prairie. In addition to the interpretive text, the sign shows pictures of typical prairie plants and insects, as well as a map.
