The artist Anne Marie Carl-Nielsen created three bronze doors to Ribe Cathedral in 1882-1904. The south door is very beautifully decorated. Among other things, the door handle is a peacock.

Kunstneren Anne Marie Carl-Nielsen skabte 1882-1904 tre bronzedøre til Ribe Domkirke. Den sydlige port er dekoreret med en dørhammer der forestiller et kattehoved og et dørhåndtag der forestiller en Påfugl. Begge meget detaljerede.
Døren er endvidere dekoreret med løvedhoveder og et relief med scener fra Kristi Lidelseshistorie;
Ribe Domkirke er fra omkring 1150.

The door is further decorated with lion heads and a relief with scenes from Christ's Suffering History;
