Found this BCCS #84H9395 while I was standing on the N.E. corner of Rockland and Alder while I was waiting for the crosswalk to turn green.
This markers is the concrete curb, but in the travelled part.
The one photo shows exactly how close it is to the pedestrian walk way.
The house on this corner and the concrete curb appear to be fairly new.
