DE: Die etwa zwölf Meter hohe Statue "peaceful warrior" vom Künstler Rick van Rijswick wurde im Jahr 2014 am Maasboulevard zwischen dem Fluss Maas und der Marina von Venlo aufgestellt. Die Skulptur aus einzelnen Metallstücken und dünnen Metallstangen hält in der rechten einen Dreizack, dessen Spitzen auf dem Boden abgestützt sind. Der linke Arm ist in einer Geste ausgestreckt, die besagt: "Stop! Bis hier und nicht weiter!"

EN: The approximately twelve meter high statue "peaceful warrior" by the artist Rick van Rijswick was erected in 2014 on the Maasboulevard between the river Maas and the Venlo marina. The sculpture, made of individual pieces of metal and thin metal rods, holds a trident in the right, the tips of which are supported on the ground.
