From the junction with SW 83rd Street, continue E on SW Wickiup Avenue about 0.7(6) mile to the corner on the right.
Based on field measured GPS UTM grid coordinates, the present sixteenth corner bears N 88.9°E from WAYMARK WM135WZ, T15S R12E S22 23 26 27 COR, 4000' distant.
Type of survey mark: 3-1/4" brass cap on a steel pipe, rising 16" in a mound of stones

The sixteenth corner bears SSW from the centerline of SW Wickiup Avenue, about 15' distant. Found two
western junipers scribed and with BEARING TREE tags.
