The fleur de lis is in red and blue, making use of the stone's natural color to provide the "white". The top text is in blue, the bottom text is in red, and the rest is in black. It reads:

Established on January 21, 1910, Troop 1 appears to be no longer with us, although Troop 2 survives, and it was established just six years later. The Scouting movement otherwise still appears to be fairly strong in Salina.
