A black metal pedestal supports this two sided clock. The pedestal is on a raised cement base. Above the clock face is a ornamental piece with "Millennium Square" printed on it.
The clock faces is white. Clock hands and Arabic numbers are black. The clock faces have different times, neither of which are correct.
