NRHP Nomination Form" Built in 1912 by Plainview Masonic Lodge. Meeting rooms
upstairs, commercial space downstairs. Two-story, brick building with much ornamental brickwork. Decorative metal cornice includes gutter system. Original windows
on second floor have been bricked, but bricking includes decorative features related
to rest of building. Fading Plainview Harware Co. signs painted on south and west
facades. Some alteration to first floor on Ash Street side, including new windows
and doors and metal awning supported by metal posts."
