Bell sits blat on a brick pedestal. Marker on front of pedestal says:
In Memory
of
The Pioneer Settlers
of
Floyd County

Upon whose enduring foundations we and those who come after us build. This bell, which for many ears in the old court house tower rang the passing hours of their lives, is dedicated as a monument, in the year 1966.

The bell itself has "Buckeye Bell Foundry 1912" on one side; and on the other "The E.W. Vanduzen Co. Cincinnati" is near the top and below it says "The E. Howard Clock Co. Boston New York Chicago".

Therefore I'm thoroughly confused and have no idea who made this bell!
