The Warner post office is located at 805 2nd Avenue, next to the library and city hall. This is a one-story red brick building with white brick trim. The roof is gabled and has cross gables forming covered entrances. Numerous large fixed pane windows are along the south and west elevations.

The post office counter is open Monday to Friday from 8:30-12:30 and 1:30-4:15. It is closed Saturday and Sunday, however, the lobby and post office boxes are available 24/7.
