Lake Francis Wildlife Management Area is a part of the Delta Heritage Marsh on the south end of Lake Manitoba. The public access point is at a preserved patch of tall grass prairie on the edge of the marsh. An interpretive sign provides information about prairie ecosystems, and a short mowed trail offers an opportunity to wander through the prairie.
