On the east edge of town, between S. River Road and the banks of the Arkansas River stands a concrete jailhouse known locally as the Webbers Falls Calaboose. This is a one-story concrete building approximately 14 ft. square. There are two small windows and a door (all barred) on the front. The door opens into a small room, with two barred doors leading to two windowless cells.
A wood sign has been added above the door reading "Webbers Falls Calaboose". The word Calaboose is a Spanish word meaning "dungeon" and usually refers to a free-standing one or two cell jail. A sign in front indicates that the jail was established before 1895.
