On top of the doorway of the Franciscus Xaverius church in the centre of Enkhuizen, a beautiful mosaic has been made. It was made by Antoon Molkenboer (https://www.oudenkhuizen.nl/doc/bouwhistorie/FranciscusXaverius_2016.pdf). The mosaic depicts the cross on top of the sea with in the foreground a fish and a bread. I think this is a depiction of the story of Christ mulyplying bread and fish for his followers. It problably has a deeper meaning which I couldn't find out. The blue colour of the mosaic is very striking against the brick background.
