Onze-Lieve-Vrouwetoren (of kortweg Vrouwetoren) is het restant van de afgebroken Onze-Lieve-Vrouwekapel op de hoek van de Nieuwehaven en de Vrouwesteeg in de Nederlandse stad Gouda. De kapel, gewijd aan Maria, met toren werd gebouwd in de periode 1489 tot 1494 in opdracht van de Rozenkransbroederschap. De kapel deed dienst als armenschool voor meisjes, zij kregen kosteloos les in lezen en godsdienst. Na de hervorming werd de kapel gebruikt voor de erediensten van de protestanten, voordat zij gebruik gingen maken van de Sint-Janskerk. De banken werden in 1574 overgebracht naar de Sint-Janskerk. De kapel werd daarna afgebroken, maar de toren is blijven staan.
In 1754 moest de fundering worden verstevigd en werden er steunberen aangebracht om verdere verzakking te voorkomen. Ook werd de spits weer rechtgezet.
In 1957 was de bouwkundige staat van de torenspits dermate verslechterd, dat deze moest worden verwijderd. Het duurde vijf jaar voordat er een nieuwe spits, een kopie van de oude, op de toren kon worden geplaatst.
De klok in de toren dateert uit 1590 en is gemaakt voor de Sint-Janskerk door de Utrechtse klokkengieter Thomas Both. Via de Potterspoort is de klok in 1683 in de Vrouwetoren terechtgekomen. Het opschrift van deze klok luidt Si Deus pro nobis quis contra nos, Thomas Both me fecit 1590 (vertaald: Als God voor ons is, wie is dan tegen ons, Thomas Both heeft me gemaakt in 1590). De klok heeft een diameter van 101,3 cm.
De toren werd in 1966 als rijksmonument ingeschreven in het monumentenregister.

Onze-Lieve-Vrouwe tower (or simply Vrouwe tower) is the remains of the demolished Onze-Lieve-Vrouwe Chapel on the corner of Nieuwehaven and Vrouwesteeg in the Dutch city of Gouda. The chapel, dedicated to Mary, with a tower was built between 1489 and 1494 by order of the Rosary Brotherhood. The chapel served as a poor school for girls, they were taught reading and religion free of charge. After the reform, the chapel was used for the worship services of the Protestants before they started using the St. John's Church. The benches were transferred to St. John's Church in 1574. The chapel was subsequently demolished, but the tower has remained.
In 1754, the foundation had to be reinforced and buttresses were installed to prevent further subsidence. The striker was also corrected again.
In 1957 the architectural condition of the spire had deteriorated to such an extent that it had to be removed. It took five years before a new spire, a copy of the old one, could be placed on the tower.
The clock in the tower dates from 1590 and was made for St. John's Church by the Utrecht bell founder Thomas Both. In 1683, the clock ended up in the Vrouwetoren via the Potterspoort. The inscription of this clock reads Si Deus pro nobis quis contra nos, Thomas Both me fecit 1590 (translated: If God is for us, then who is against us, Thomas Both made me in 1590). The clock has a diameter of 101.3 cm.
The tower was registered as a national monument in the monument register in 1966.
