Patrick Swayze is known for many movies and part of Dirty Dancing was filled here so when he passed away after his battle with cancer, the resort had this stone placed in his honor so everyone who views the lake will be reminded of the movie and his passing.
This stone was in the lake during the filming of Dirty Dancing. It was near where the lift scene was filmed.
