This is how Toño Monteiro explains the sculptural contribution of this artist to the capital of Ourense, which was inaugurated this Thursday and is located in the roundabout that accesses the Millennium Bridge from the old national roads of Vigo and Madrid.
The mayor of the city came at noon this Thursday to visit the artist's work in full final touches of the installation of the work, and thanked the artist Toño Monteiro for his contribution to the city.
